The model of DNA encapsulation by lipid membrane was proposed in order to understand interactions of DNA with biological membranes during gene therapy. The model is adopts assumptions axial and planar symmetry. Membrane shape found as a minimum of bending and contact energy of phospholipid layer using MonteCarlo and Simplex method of optimization.
