The interaction of flows in rooms ventilated by active chilled beams and its importance for the air distribution and occupants' thermal comfort is studied in a full-scale room experiments. The impact of the supplied flow rate of primary air, the heat load strength, the layout of the chilled beams, the heat load distribution and the control of the room air induced by the primary air supplied from the chilled beams (induction control) on the thermal environment generated in the occupied zone was in the focus of this study. Two thermal manikins, two desk computers, two artificial windows with controlled heat load and ceiling lights were used as heat sources. Comprehensive database of mean speed and air temperature field, draught rating and vertical temperature difference in the occupied zone was collected. The manikin based equivalent temperature was determined and used to assess the impact of the above parameters on the occupants' thermal comfort. Článek se zabývá interakcí proudů v místnosti větrané chladicími trámci a jejím dopadem na tepelný komfort obyvatel této místnosti. Experiment byl proveden v reálné místnosti v laboratoři. Vliv množství přiváděného čerstvého vzduchu do trámce (řídí indukci do trámce), velikost zdrojů tepla a síla jejich konvektivních proudů a rozložení trámců a zdrojů tepla v místnosti na celkové obrazy proudění ovlivňující tepelný komfort osob v místnosti je hlavní náplní článku. Dvě termální manekýny, dva stolní počítače, monitory a stolní lampy a topné panely simulující okno byly použity jako zdroje tepla a konvektivních proudů. Manekýny zaznamenávají ekvivalentní teplotu jednotlivých částí těla.
