Tématem příspěvku jsou základní koncepce udržitelnosti podnikového rozvoje, možnosti měření a komparace hodnoty udržitelnosti, organizační předpoklady koncepce udržitelnosti a strategie udržitelnosti. Udržitelný rozvoj podniků je v příspěvku ukázán jako fenomén sdílený ve společném zájmu akcionářů a dalších koaličních partnerů podniku. Odpovědnost za zdroje a prostředí je prezentována jako klíčový element úspěšné podnikové strategie, jako příležitost, respektive zdroj konkurenční výhody, inovací a zisku podniků. The contribution presents the substance of value oriented strategic planning. Delivering value to shareholders is presented as the primary responsibility of corporation. It is shown that there are good reasons to support shareholders value not only with regards to shareholders but in respect to other stakeholders. Stakeholders are presented as key drivers of business value. Potential benefits created through collaborative stakeholder relations and main competencies required for value creation are outlined. Finally the process of sustainable value creation is suggested. The contribution presents the substance of value oriented strategic planning.
