The actual controllers used in building performance simulation have traditionally been devoted to continuous dynamical systems, where both plant and controller are usually modelled by diferential equations.But a good model to use for control system design is one that captures quite enough the important characteristics of the system such as dynamics, disturbances and so on. To explore this potential, this paper addresses a new approach to building automation systems that utilizes hybrids systems. Článek se zabývá %22real-time%22 kontrolou využívající hybridních systémů ve stavebních automatických systémech.
