Knowledge, that response of bone tissue on outer load evokes adaptation (Wolf J., 1892) is already long time known. Bone works by method so-called minima material (bone optimises perfectly). Today it is still not sure known the correct control mechanism of this adaptive reaction of the bone tissue. The aim of this study is to help find a method of a bone tissue response on outer load. Also a successfully simulation of a common bone tissue is eligible. This project connects to modern theories which describe this law. (Petrtýl M., 1998 - 2000, Cowin S.C., 1991-1993). Submission presents use of artificial neuron networks (type Back-propagation) for simulation of an element bone tissue response on outer load. Input parameters of this process are results ofthe stress-strain analysis (finite element method).
