This constribution in based on the thesis dealing with linear kinetic unit of manipulator construction. Due to the demag changeless accuracy increase and worlwidw trend of energy consumption decreasing it is necessary to replace familiarly use construction materials by new ones with similar or preferably better properties asadvanced composites are. In this problem were used composite materials on more spots.As the most efficient material substitution was the usage of filament winded composite in a sandwich disposed leading construction. There was also made a trial sample of leading tube, its measured parameters were compared to calculated values.
