The paper deals with the influence of the electric conductivity of solutions used in the electrospinning process to produce nanofibers. Our goal was to demonstrate empirically that the conductivity of the solutions is linked to their potential of electrospinning. In particular, we want to prove that the higher the conductivity of our solution is, the more easily the electrospinning process can be carried out. The solutions were composed of PVA (10%), glyoxal and copper ions that increase conductivity and give the textiles antibacterial character. The study was performed on the solutions of the ion concentration ranging between 1.5 % and 4.5 %.
