Fiber reinforced concrete FRC is a promising material for application in precast concrete tunnel segments. This paper focuses on testing precast segments subjected in three loading schemes, which are important for the function of segments in the lining. Assessment is related to segment under bending forces perpendicular to the surface segment, which simulates the effect of rock soil pressure. Further assessment was intended to test segment under pressure, which simulates the loading by hydraulic jacks of the tunneling machine (TBM) during its progress in the geological environment at the excavation phase. The last type of testing that has been performed is the simulation of bending loads in the plane of the segment due to uneven supporting of the segment.
