dcterms:description
V tomto příspěvku je diskutován přístup k modelování historických zděných konstrukcí pomocí homogenizačních metod. Důraz je přitom kladen na zachycení možných imperfekcí materiálu. A comprehensive approach to two-scale modelling of historical masonry work with irregular structure is proposed. First, geometry of such materials is characterized on the basis of a Periodic Unit Cell (PUC). Such a unit cell, in order to be statistically representative, is derived by matching spatial statistics related to the original structure and the idealized unit cell. The required input data are obtained from digitized photographs of real historical structures. The resulting geometrical parameters are then used as an input for non-linear first-order homogenization procedure. In particular, the unit cell problem is solved by the finite element method and used to construct macroscopic stress-strain relations. An application to the Charles Bridge in Prague is presented to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed methodology.
