This paper deals with the trend of ozone amount in positive ozone laminae. In the past we have found out that the amount of ozone in ozone laminae decreases during the period 1970-1995. In the mid-1990s the change in this negative trend of ozone amount in laminae was observed. From 1995 the positive trend occurs in the middle latitudes of Europe, while in North America and Japan stabilization of ozone amount in laminae is present. In this presentation we try to describe such a trend in high latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere with particular emphasis to European high latitudes and possible reason of its behaviour.
