Deformační experimenty in situ TEM jsou důležitou technikou pro studium plastického chování materiálů. Lze jimi získat cenné informace o interakci mřížkových defektů během deformace. Deformační držák s dvojím náklonem byl použit při studiu přechodu skluzových pásů přes koincidenční hranice zrn v bikrystalech Fe-4to5.5at%Si In situ TEM straining experiment is an important tool for investigation of plastic behaviour of materials. Invaluable information can be gained of interaction of various lattice defects during deformation. Double tilt straining stages were used.
