Changes in immunological reactivity of mice after oral administration of allogeneic cells have been studied. It wasshown that oral immunization specifically inhibits the immune system and that it is possible to demonstrate these changes already at the level of Peyer`s patch cells. Using the ELISA test and RT-PCR, increased production of Th1 cytokines has been shown. This immunization was demonstrated systemically by increased resistance to the growth of allogeneic tumors.
