Thin films based on the nanoheterostructures ZnTiO3-ilmenite/r-TiO2 films doped by the silica were prepared by the sol-gel method. Films were characterized by contact angle analyses, UV-VIS, FT-IR, raman spectroscopy and XPS analyses in order to determinate the physico-chemical structure. Films exhibits superhydrophilic properties and were employes as photocatalytic materials for photo decomposition of methylene blue and fatty acids.
