The sol-gel synthesis of Znx-Tiy-Oz hetrostructures was studied. New bottom-up build phase diagram was suggested and stable phases were doped by europium in order to determinate the dislocation of lantanoides inside matrixes. Stable structures were prepared as powders and thin films. Crystallization conditions and crystal grow, luminescent properties, refractive indexes and band-gaps of stable structures were studied.
