The aim of this study was the synthesis of mixed or coated multicomponent alumina-silica particles by CVD method in a tube flow reactor. The particles were produced by simultaneous thermal decomposition of ATBO and TEOS in one reactor. The particle production was monitored by DMPS, composition of particles was analysed by EDAX, morphology by SEM/TEM and crystallinity by SAED. In dependence on experimental conditions the particles produced were either alumina particles with intermixture of silica, or they were coated by silica, or it was a mixture of particles of various compositions. The particles were often agglomerates of the primary nanoparticles and were partially crystalline. Cílem práce byla příprava směsných nebo kompozitních dvousložkových částic Al2O3-SiO2 metodou chemické depozice par v průtočném trubkovém reaktoru. Částice byly syntetizovány simultánním tepelným rozkladem ATBO a TEOS v jednom reaktoru. Příprava částic byla monitorována pomocí DMPS, složení částic bylo analyzováno metodou EDAX, morfologie s použitím SEM/TEM a krystalická struktura prostřednictvím SAED. V závislosti na experimentálních podmínkách byly syntetizovány částice Al2O3 s příměsí SiO2, kompozitní částice Al2O3-SiO2, anebo směs částic různého složení.
