Mnoho typů magnetických nano- a mikročástic již bylo vyvinuto a použito v různých oblastech bio-disciplín. Nicméně jen málo aplikací bylo zatím využito ve vaječném výzkumu a technologii, ačkoliv použití magnetických technik v této oblasti může být v budoucnosti přínosné.. V této kapitole byl shrnut současný stav v oblasti imobilizace, izolace a magnetických imunostanovení biologicky aktivních látek z vajec, imunomagnetická separace mikrobiálních pathogenů vyskytujících se ve vejcích a některé další aplikace. Recently, many types of magnetic nano- and microparticlecles have been developed and used in different areas of bio-disciplines. Nevertheless not many applications have been introduced into egg-related research and technology, however, this field of activity can substantially benefit from the use of magnetic techniques in the future. In this chapter the current state of art in the areas of immobilization, isolation and magnetic bioassays of egg-related biologically active compounds, immunomagnetic separation of egg-related microbial pathogens and some other applications was summarized. Recently, many types of magnetic nano- and microparticlecles have been developed and used in different areas of bio-disciplines. Nevertheless not many applications have been introduced into egg-related research and technology, however, this field of activity can substantially benefit from the use of magnetic techniques in the future.
