Our results demonstrated that hyaline cartilage formation occurs in iatrogenic distal femoral physeal defects treated with allogenic mesenchymal stem cells. Newly formed cartilage in growth plate area became well integrated with the host physis and functional. The continued growth of the rigth femur from its distal physis was apparent. Naše výsledky ukazují, že nově vytvořená hyalinní chrupavka vzniklá v defektu růstové zóny po transplantaci alogenních kmenových buněk. Tato chrupavka byla plně integrována do králičí fýzy bez známek GvHD.
