This paper describes the design of the system that is able to track a geo location of the client in real time only via web browser. The design of the system utilizes HTML5 technology and its component GeoAPI, which is available in most of modern browsers. The client part of the system is based on positioning using javascript API for geo location. Data are sent in real-time to the web application in order to store and display the track of the client. The proposed solution is generally applicable to available mobile platforms. The paper also describes the implementation and discusses the advantages and limitations of the given solution.
