The work was focused on the optimization of preanalytical methods for isolation of selected sulfonamides from water and sediment samples. Specifically, it is the method of Solid Phase Extraction and Pressurized Solvent Extraction that are advanced, environmentally friendly processes, which also reduce the general complexity and difficulty of the whole experiment. Final analytical determination was performed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography with Diode Array Detector. There were detected and calculated yields of individual steps procedures of both methods using standard addition to model water and sediment samples.
