The main aim of the prezent study was to examene changes in the chemical composition of Brest and thigh muscles in the meat of ROSS 308 broiler chickens hybrid during feeding extended until the 52nd day of age. During the experimental monitoring Brest and thigh muscles of 40 randomly selected individuals aged 42 and 52 days were subjected to chemical analysis to determine the levels of dry matter,N-substances, fat, ash, Ca, P, Mg. The results of chemical analyse demonstrate that Brest and thigh muscles significantly digger in chemical composition. Cilj predočenoga rada bilo je pračenje promjena u kemijskorne sestavu prsnoga i mišičja stegna při produženome tovu brojlerskih pilina mesne hibridne kombinacije ROSS 308 do dobi od 52 dana. Rezultátu kemijskih raščlambi prsnoga i mišičja stegna potvrduju izrazitu u kemijskom sestavu prsnoga i mišičja stegna.
