The work objective was to assess the content of mycotoxins entering the food chain from the fodder. The paper includes two years observation. The content of mycotoxins was assessed in fresh herbage. The evaluated species were Lolium perenne, Festulolium pabulare, Festulolium braunii, mixture these species with Festuca rubra and mixture these species with Poa pratensis. The content of mycotoxins was established by Elisa method. Mycotoxins assessed were deoxynivalenol (DON), fumonisin (FOM), aflatoxin (AFL) and zearalenon (ZEA). DON and ZEA were detected in summer and in autumn too. Lowest content (P<0.05) was in June (DON 32.5 ppb, ZEA <LOQ), highest content (P<0.05) was in October (DON 53 ppb, ZEA 173 ppb).
