Agricultural research institute in Kroměříž has made continuous long term meteorological observations since 1954. This paper evaluates measurements of air temperature from years 1956-2005 in relation to climate change. Final conclusions reached by this research are as follows: * average annual temperature increased by 1° C (12 %) during investigated 50 years, * onset of period with temperature higher than 15 °C comes 14 days earlier (now on 17th May), * the end of period with temperature higher than 15 °C comes 8 days later (now on 13th October) * period with mean monthly temperatures higher than 15 °C was extended for 22 days during investigated 1956--2005 period.
