Electrochemical detection represents simple and very fast tool for the study of redox reactions. In the present work the carbon paste and nanotube grown on the screen-printed working electrodes were fabricated. Using these electrodes it was possible to analyse DNA and intercalating products. In addition the simple procedure for automated measurement was proposed. Elektrochemická detekce představuje velmi jednoduchý a rychlý nástroj pro studium redox reakce. V současné době pracují na uhlíkové pasty a nanotrubičky pokryté tištěné elektrody vyrobeny. Pomocí těchto elektrod bylo možno analyzovat DNA a interkalucících produktů. Kromě toho je jednoduchý postup pro automatické měření byla navržena.
