The aim of this work was to propose new technique for isolation and detection of total content of mRNA in human plasma. The total content of plasma mRNA varied from 0.1 to 1.2 ug/ml. We succeeded in isolating mRNA by using simple technique with MPs. Recovery of the isolation of mRNA (tested on polyA chains) was about 30 %. In comparison with common techniques used for isolation of mRNA (e.g. phenol-chloroform extraction) the recovery of the MPs approach is higher and, moreover, this technique is not so time consuming, because we were able to analyse twelve plasma samples within 120 minutes. Cíl této práce byl vyvynout novou techniku pro isolaci a detekci celkové mRNA v lidské plazmě. elkový obsah mRNA v plazmé se pohybovala v rozmezí 0.1 až 1.2 ug/ml. Výtěžnost izolační metody dosahoval kolem 30 %. V porovnání s klasickými izolačními postupy chloroform-fenol měl použitý postup vyšší výtěžnost a rovněž byl i rychlejší.
