dcterms:description
In the human resources management, it is necessary to treat each employee individually with regard to his abilities and personality traits. Being an effective manager who is able to work with people, one should know the work type of the person and, accordingly, choose an appropriate management strategy. The model described within this paper is to support classification of work types of employees in an IT company. The evaluation in three areas of interest (input - knowledge, skills; output - working results; process - work behavior) is expressed by values of linguistic fuzzy scale. The presented model is based on the base of fuzzy rules. On their left sides, there are different combinations of scale values corresponding to the evaluation of workers in these three areas, the output are the corresponding job types. For each worker and each rule is calculated the degree to which its assessment matches that rule. The aim of the model is firstly to determine most suitable work type of the given employee.
