Il catecumenato ? il periodo di preparazione per la ricezione dei sacramenti dell'iniziazione cristiana, con i quali comincia la piena vita cristiana. Quest'articolo analizza l'attuale dimensione canonico-giuridica del catecumenato nella Repubblica Ceca. Riepiloga le norme di diritto comune, analizza il diritto particolare delle diocesi di Boemia e Moravia e conclude che l'unica diocesi con le norme complete (l'Ordo del catecumenato) per tale periodo ? l'arcidiocesi di Praga. Le altre diocesi hanno solo le norme parziali. Nell'articolo vengono anche analizzate e proposte le soluzioni di alcuni campi problematici del catecumenato: l'evidenza dei catecumeni, l'ammissione al catecumenato, l'ordine dei sacramenti dell'iniziazione cristiana e le sue due forme (il catecumenato degli adulti e quello dei minorenni - minores natu). The catechumenate is a time of preparation for Christian initiation sacraments; the rich Christian life begins through them. The article analyses the contemporary canonical-legal situation of the Catechumenate in the Czech Republic. Moreover this article summarizes general law norms and analyzes the particulate law in Czech and Moravian dioceses. It concludes that the only diocese which has integrated the norms (Order of the catechumenate) nowadays is the Archdiocese of Prague. Other dioceses have only partial norms. Likewise, the article analyzes and proposes solutions to some problematic areas of the Catechumenate: an evidence of catechumens, an admission to the catechumenate, an order of sacraments of the initiation, two forms of the catechumenate (the one of adults and the second of minors - minores natu).
