Účelem práce bylo zkoumání clearance selektivního inhibitoru Cdk roscovitinu a s rovnání s boheminem u myší in vivo. The purpose of the present study was to investigate clearance of selective cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor roscovitine and to compare it with that of bohemine in mice in vivo. Clearence of roscovitine in mice was about four times slower than that of bohemine. Due to potential effects on the saturation of enzyme systems involved in the clearance, the in vivo study should be extended using high doses of the administered compounds.
