The paper describes the method of satisfaction measurement as a one of marketing techniques used for detecting student satisfaction with study program of adult education, which is offered at University of Ostrava and at Tomáš Baťa University in Zlín. In the theoretical part of the paper there is described methodological approach to satisfaction measurement and in the field part there are described total satisfaction, Satisfaction Index and partial satisfaction with significant factors and last part of the paper refers to importance of partial factors.
