%22The paper deals with mathematical description of heat transfer through radiation in cylindrical finned tubes of natural gas cooler with subsequent proposal for software support of calculation of heat-energetic parameters. Basic precondition for exact determination of heat flows is a thorough analysis of radiation shape factors. The paper has taken into account only mutual reflection of radiation flows between elementary grey areas. Subsequently, implementation of designed dependences into supporting software tool NGS (Natural Gas Cooler) is described.
