System Ni-Ti is based on equiatomic compound of nickel and titanium. Ni-Ti based alloys are highly stable and resistant to corrosion. Production of these alloys is very difficult due to high reactivity of titanium. For successful use in practice it is very important to know transformation characteristics of these alloys. It is possible to measure transformation temperatures by deformation methods, by DSC, DTA or by resistometric methods. This article deals with method of continuous change of resistivity as function of temperature and DTA of Ni-Ti alloys, and with influence of deformation and subsequent heat treatment on these temperatures. Systém Ni-Ti je založen na ekviatomární slitině Ni a Ti. Ni-Ti slitiny jsou stabilní a velmi dobře odolné vůči korozi. Příprava slitin je velmi obtížní z důvodu reaktivity titanu. Pro úspěšné použití v praxi je nutno znát transformační charakteristiky slitin. Transformační teploty je možno měřit metodami deformačními, DSC, DTA nebo rezistometrickou metodou. Článek je zaměřen na měření transformačních teplot rezistometrickou metodou a na vliv deformace a následného tepelného zpracování na transformační teploty.
