PC simulace proniku plastické deformace při válcování bloků Computer simulation of all rolling passes of square billet from continuous starting round section, is presented. Influence of undercooling of surface layers of preform on penetration of plastic deformation to centre of rolled product was investigated via PC simulation. We were performed the simulation of continuous cooling cast section for that purpose. Rolling simulation was served for 4 surface temperatures at the range 1300 - 1000 °C, due to this we obtained different running temperature - depth dependence from surface relations. Simulation was computed by 2D FormFEM 1.5 simulation program of forming processes.
