The objective of this research was to study the utilization of plastic waste such as PE, PP and PS by a new method, which is combined of thermal pyrolysis and plasmas. These plastics were heated from the room temperature to the temperature of 500 oC in pyrolysis furnace and the volatile products of pyrolysis were combusted at oxygen atmosphere in plasma chamber, where plasma was generated by gliding discharge. The efficiency of combustion of the main species of pyrolysis were 99,9 %.
