A paper deals with a shape optimization of a nozzle body for a measuring of a superheated steam. The nozzle body is tasked with a high pressure and temperature. This optimization is based on the durability calculations of a nozzle body in the critical position which is the change of an internal diameter in a combination with holes for a pressure extraction. The durability calculation are based on an assignment of a triaxial state of stress by FEM and on the calculation of a degree of damage for a creep.
