The paper concerns evaluation of formability of strip from steel 11 305.21, which is used in Czech Republic for production of intricate deep stampings. The standardized properties of this steel are guaranteed 6 months after the date of production. With regard to the fact, that in finishing enterprises these sheets are sometimes stored even some months whereby their formability decreases as a rule, the evaluation of storage time influence upon formability of mentioned steel at normal temperature was carried out. The properties of strip were fully evaluated by tensile tests at test specimens machined parallel, perpendicular and diagonal to the rolling direction and by cupping tests according to Erichsen. The tests were carried out 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 months after the date of production. Nevertheless the solitary mechanical properties are not sufficient for correct choice of sheet-metal according to its formabiity, the planar anisotropy of mechanical properties, the directional and mean values of normal plastic anisotropy ratio and the strain-hardening exponents were evaluated. At strip from steel 11 305.21 owing to storage small modification of properties came about predominantly in direction to lower formability of sheet-metal.
