Panel residential houses are known for their drawbacks, especially including structural defects in the areas of statics and thermal insulation, inappropriate interior microclimate, high energy demand etc. This article analyses details of four variants of structural design in the point of connection of the loggia slab to the staircase walls of panel set T 06-B by Prefa Olomouc. On the basis of surface temperature measurement and ambient environment parameters the individual variants are statistically assessed by the performed analysis of the structural design.
