Many articles and publications were written about problems of brownfields. At first focus was aimed on environmental issues connected with industrial activities, then focus shifted through spatial and technical questions to economical and social dimmension. This article will discuss mainly pedagogic aspects, its goal is not to define, classify or regenerate brownfields, but to discuss question if brownfield problematics interests young people generation, especially university students. The article presents main ideas of Czech Brownfields Partnership project which creates network of subjects involved in browfield problematic and interconnects it with students activities. There were certain expectations how should these activities work. Definition of activities, expectations and real experience with willingness of various actors to take part in them is presented in the article along with lessons learned. Examples of various activities' results are shown. In the end some findings from project solution are assessed and generalized especially with focus on paedagogic dimmension of the brownfield problematic.
