Studie je zaměřena na detekci mutagenního efektu syntetických textilních barviv a jejich derivátů s využitím bakteriálního detekčního systému Amesova testu. Cílem bylo také pomocí testů mutagenity zhodnotit účinnost odlišných biodegradačních procesů. In this study a bacterial detection system represented by the Ames test was chosen to detect the mutagenic effects with the aim to obtain as much information as possible on the character of the effect of synthetic dyes and their derivatives on cellular DNA. Another purpose was to assess the applicability of the results of mutagenicity tests to the evaluation and comparison of the efficiency of biodegradation processes.
