dcterms:description
University study entails sometimes relatively high demands that may represent stress value. This paper deals with coping strategies of men and women studying at Czech universities in relation to their subjective state of health. The research examines the set of 224 university students of Czech universities. The results suggest that university male and female students assess the study workload similar to extracurricular life load, but don?t always react the same way to this load in effort to cope with it. Certain differences between men and women are also reflected in the context of coping and health. University study entails sometimes relatively high demands that may represent stress value.
