Pomocí laserové technologie MAPLE byly deponovány tenké vrstvy derivátů pululanu (cinnamate-pululan a tosylate-pululan). Vrstvy byly charakterizovány transmisní spektrometrií, profilometrem, mikroskopií atomárních sil (AFM), Fourierovskou spektroskopií (FTIR) a Ramanovskou spektroskopií. We demonstrate the successful thin film growth of two pullulan derivates (cinnamate-pullulan and tosylate-pullulan) using matrix pulsed laser evaporation (MAPLE). The MAPLE-deposited thin films were characterized by transmission spectrometry, profilometry, atomic force microscopy (AFM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.
