V tomto článku jsou popsány výsledky zkoumání objemových vzorků skel o složení Agx((As0.33S0.335Se0.335)100-x (x=0-28at%). Amorfní struktura vzorků byla potvrzena rentgenoovou strukturní analýzou. Struktura byla odvozena z Ramanovských spekter pro všechny obsahy stříbra v matrici As-S. Termální vlastnosti byly získány z modulované diferenciální skenovací kalorimetrie. Všechna studovaná skla se chovají jako iontové vodiče. Příspěvek elektronové vodivosti k celkové vodivosti je velmi nízký a klesá k asi 1% pro sklo s 22at% Ag. In this paper, results of investigation of the bulk glasses with composition of Agx(As0.33S0.335Se0.335)100-x (x=0-28at%) are revealed. The amorphous structure of samples was confirmed by the X-ray diffraction analysis. The structure was deduced from the Raman spectra measured for all silver contents in As-S-Se matrix. From the point of their electrical properties, all glasses behave as ionic conductors. Their ae conductivity increases with increasing content of silver. As determined from the comparison of ac and dc conductivities. The contribution of electronic conductivity to the overall conductivity is very low and decreases from about 3% for the glass with 12% of Ag to about 1% for the glass with 22% of Ag.
