Charakterizace superslitiny CMSX4 s nanopóry maloúhlovým rozptylem neutronů. The self-assembly of the gamma'-precipitates in superalloy during thermo-mechanical exposure can be used to produce a nanoporous material by a selective phase dissolution. Nanoporous superalloy (CMSX4) samples, containing narrow channel-like pores, were investigated by high-resolution small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) in order to observe a time dependence of the pore depth during etching. The mean distance of pores and their depths were determined. A saturation of the pore depth with etching time was observed.
