An energy deposition spectrometer based on a Si-detector is described and tested in the contribution. It was calibrated in photon, neutron and high-energy radiation reference fields. The spectrum analyses permits to distinguish the contribution of different types of radiation to integral dosimetry characteristics. The spectrometer was found to be very useful to aircrew dosimetry.
