Adsorption of HIV protease onto different surfaces was studied quantitatively using surface plasmon resonance. Equilibrium and kinetic adsorption constants were determined. An anomalous mutual attraction between adsorbate molecules was observed, indicating the possibility of two-dimensional crystallization of HIV protease. Pomocí povrchové plazmonové rezonance byla kvantitativně sledována adsorpce HIV proteasy na různé povrchy. Byly stanoveny rovnovážné a kinetické adsorpční konstanty. Byla pozorována anomální kooperativní adsorpce mezi molekulami HIV proteasy, dokumentující možnost dvojrozměrné krystalizace tohoto enzymu.
