Kriging is proved and commonly used computational method in geological research based on probability. Presented project transfers this probability based approach to image processing of nanotubes evaluation as a one of tested segmentation methods. Kriging was transformed to functional programme and is ready to use in image processing. This project was developed in MathWorks Matlab environment and Image Processing Toolbox is required.
