CRM je zaměřený na zákazníky, ale provádějí jej zaměstnanci. Všichni zaměstnanci by proto měli být motivováni nejenom k tomu, aby sloužili zákazníkům, ale také k pomoci svým kolegům. Výsledky této koncepce jsou bez vzájemné spolupráce zaměstnanců nedostatečné. Pro dosažení adekvátní úrovně motivace zaměstnanců je důležité, aby koncepci CRM rozuměli. velmi často se zde používají informační systémy a lidé musí vědět, jak je používat. Customers´ Relationship Management is focused on customers, but it is pursued by employees. All employees have to be motivated not only to serve customers but to help their colleagues, too. The results of this system are without cooperation between employees unsatisfactory. To reach adequate level of motivation it is necessary for the employees to understand the system. In CRM are used informational systems very often and people have to know how they can use them and what the systems can do.
