Příspšvek je zaměřen na modelování průběhu homogenizace mísitelných kaplin v míchaných systémech. Pro simulace byly užity dvě modelové představy turbulentního proudění: k-eps model turbulence a metoda velkých vírů a dvě modelové představy rotařníh pohybu míchadel: metoda mnohonásobné referenční soustavy a metoda posuvných sítí. Výsledky ze simulací byly porovnávány s výsledky z experimentů. A prediction of liquid homogenisation in stirred tanks using CFD code FLUENT is presented. The study was performed for tanks agitated by one and two impellers on a centric shaft.Two types of impellers were used - a 6-blade 45° pitched blade turbine and a standard Rushton turbine. Different methods were employed for simulations of fluid flow in the stirred tanks - the Multiple Reference Frames technique together with the standard k-ε turbulence model, the Sliding Mesh technique with the standard k-turbulence model, and the Sliding Mesh technique with Large Eddy Simulation and non-iterative time-advancement algorithm.
