Reakce peroxidu vodíku s thiosíranem katalyzované ionty mědi byla zkoumána v průtočném reaktoru. Podstata vykazovaných dynamických jevů jako násobné stacionární stavy a oscilace byla zkoumána metodou fázové odezvy, tj. Byl sledován fázový posuv oscilací způsobený pulsním přídavkem určité rakční složky. Změřené křivky fázového posuvu byly srovnány s křivkami vypočtenými pro různé modelové mechanismy reakce. Srovnání bylo prováděno metodou klasifikace oscilačních reakcí. The reaction of hydrogen peroxide, thiosulfate and sulphuric acid catalyzed by cupric ions (HPTCu reaction) is investigated. This reaction has highly nonlinear behavior marked by multiple steady states, excitability and oscillations in a continuous stirred isothermal tank reactor (CSTR). Such reactions can be examined by different experimental methods. In this work we discuss the method of phase response. Results are presented as phase transition curves (PTC). We apply the method of phase response to the experimental system and we also perform numerical studies of the corresponding model as well as a number of prototypes representing different categories of oscillatory reaction mechanisms by using the same method. The results from the experiments, the mathematical model of HPTCu and the prototypes are compared to determine the role of some of the reacting species.
