An B-tuple of predictors was used for -step prediction. Both linear and non-linear predictors were compared to obtain their statistics. Means and variances of individual predictors were estimated. According to the hypothesis of independent estimators thesimple mixed predictor with minimum variance and zero bias was subject of analytical optimization. The regularization technique was applied to stabilize the predictor. The mixed predictor is easy to construct using only a finite number of elementary ari thmetic operations. There is also possible to suppose the dependent estimators and then formulate a regularized quadratic programming task to create more sophisticated non-linear prediction. There is necessary to apply the iterative techniques to obtain approximate solution in real time. The resulting mixed predictor can be used as input of a controller and then run in feedback control.
