A nutritive solution containing Na2HPO4 0.064 g.g-1 DM was added and the initialhumidity controlled to 85%, and pH 8.5. Two types of semi pilot bioreactors were tested:perforated trays and horizontal drum bioreactors. The results showed economic advantageof the perforated trays, because that xylanase production is not dependent of aeration. Theresultant fermented material could be certainly used in animal feed. Každoročně je v Brazílii vyprodukováno několik tun lignocelulasových složek, které jsou na jedné straně využity jako krmivo pro zvířata, ale stavají se hrozbou pro životní prostředí. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo využít lignocelulosové zbytky k produkci xylanasy za použití Streptomyces viridosporus T7A v různých typech bioreaktorů. Byla využita směs cukrové třtiny bagasse, duchnu čerbeného a sojových bobů, které byly zbaveny tuku. Byly testovány dva typy bioreaktorů. Perforované rošty a horizontální bubnové reaktory. Ekonomicky výhodné se ukázaly být perforované rošty.
