This study extends the use of two lathyrogens, beta-aminopropionitrile and penicillamine from daily systematic or local-topical administration to long time acting agents. This was achieved by converting the hydrophilic drugs into lipophilic derivatives. The synthesis of functional derivatives of DPA consisted in esterification with methyl-, hexyl- and benzyl alcohols in the presence of thionyl chloride. Toto studium rozšiřuje možnost použití lathyrogenů, beta-aminopropionitrilu a penicilaminu z denního nebo lokálního podávání na dlouhopůsobící činidlo. Toho bylo dosaženo převedením hydrofilního léku na lipofilní deriváty. Syntéza funkčních derivátů DPA spočívá v esterifikaci s methyl-, hexyl- a benzylalkoholem v přítomnosti thyonyl-chloridu.
